Egg Malaikari


Ingredients:

Hard boiled eggs-4
Ginger-garlic paste-1tspn
Onion paste-1tspn
Cumin-coriander paste-1/2tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4tspn
Green chilli paste-1tspn
Red chilli-1
Kashmiri mirch powder-1/4tspn
Black pepper powder-1/4tspn
Cardamoms-2/3
Bay leaf-1
Coconut milk-1/2cup
Plain yogurt-25gm
Salt & sugar-as required
Ghee-1tspn
Oil-2tspn
Sahi garam mashala powder-1pinch


Method:

Heat oil ina frying pan,fry the boiled eggs till light brown.
Beat the yogurt also.Now,keep them aside.
Now,temper rest of the oil with bay leaf,cardamoms & red
chilli.Let,the fragrance come.Then,add ginger-garlic paste &
cumin-coriander paste and fry them till light brown.Now,add
onion paste & fry for a minute.
Now,add green chilli paste,kashmiri mirch,turmeric powder
& yogurt together.Mix them well for 2-3mins.Add black pepper
Powder & pour coconut milk in it.Saute for 1min.Add the eggs
& salt-sugar as per taste.Let,it boil.Add ghee when the gravy
thickens.Finally,sprinkle sahi garam mashala powder.Serve hot.
