Khoya Hundi Chicken

Ingredients:
1:chicken breast -500gm
2: coconut milk - 1/4 cup
3: cream - 1/2 cup
4: onion - 1 large 
5: khoya(evaporated milk) - 1/2 cup (grated)
6: melted butter - 1/2 cup
7: cashew nuts - 2 tbs
8: dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tbs
9: ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbs
10:tomato paste - 4 tbs
11:crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
12:turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
13:salt - as per taste
14:green chillies - 2 to 3
15:cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
16:red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
17:coriander powder 1/4 tsp




Method:

1.Peel and boil the onions, drain the water and make a paste of it.
2: Heat butter in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger & garlic paste.Mix them well.Let it fry till the raw smell goes away.
3: Then add the tomato paste,fry a little and now add the chicken.Now mix the chicken properly with the spice mix and cook well.Wait till butter floats on surface.
4: Now add black pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cream,cashews, coconut milk and khoya.Fold them well.
5:Slit the green chillis and mix with the chicken.Wait 1 or 2mins.
6: Finally add dried fenugreek leaves crushed by hands together.Mix it well.The dish is ready.
7.Serve it hot.
