Chilli Mushroom

Ingredients:
Oyster mushroom-250gms(boiled & cut into medium pieces)
Diagonally Chopped Capsicum-1small size
Chopped Onion-2medium size
Diagonally Chopped green chillies-4/5
Red chilli powder-1pinch
Oil-2tspn
Soya sauce-2tspn
Cornflour-25gm/5tspn
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2tspn
Cookme/Ching's chilli chicken mix-3tspn
Egg-1(optional)
Salt & sugar-as per taste.


Method:
Mix 5tspn cornflour,pinch of salt,ginger-garlic paste,
egg & a little water in a bowl to prepare a batter.Now,mix
the boiled mushroom pieces with the batter & fry till golden
brown in colour.
Now,take a bowl,mix chilli chicken mix with adequate water
to make a paste & keep aside.
Now,heat oil in a frying pan & fry the chopped vegetables
(Onion,capsicum,green chilli slits) lightly.Add soya sauce
& red chilli powder & then the fried mushroom pieces in it.
Stir for a while.
Add 1cup water & boil for 2mins.
Now,add the chilli chicken mix paste & keep stiring.Add salt
& sugar as per taste.Stir continuously till gravy thickens.
Finally,garnish with green chilli slits & serve hot.
