Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless & skinless chicken-500 gms
Roasted peanuts-1.5 tblspns
Dry red chillis-2(seeded & cut into halves)
Slited green chillis-2
Oil-2tblspns
Garlic cloves-3(sliced)
Bell pepper-2tblspn(sliced diagonally)
Salt- as per taste.

For marination:
Vinegar-1/2tspn
Dark soya sauce-1tspn
Oil-1tspn
Corn starch-1tspn
Salt-1pinch

For sauce:
Dark soya sauce-2tblspn
Red chilli sauce-1tblspn
Sugar-1tspn
Vinegar-1tspn
Cornstarch-1tspn
Water-1.5tblspn




Method:
Cut the chicken into small cubes,rinse in water.
Pat dry & marinate with the ingredients above
mentioned for 1hr.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl & keep
it aside.
Heat up a wok with 1tblspn of oil stir fry the marinated
chicken upto 70%.Dish out & set aside.Clean the wok &
heat rest of the oil.Add garlic pieces,fry little & add dried
red chillis.Stir.
Add the chicken pieces,stir for a while.Now,add the roasted
peanuts,bell pepper & the sauce.Stir continuously until the
chicken is nicely coated with the sauce.
Dish out & serve hot.
