Custard powder ice cream(without cream)





Ingredients:

3 tablespoons custard powder
½  cup sugar
1 liter milk (full cream)
2 teaspoons Cornflower




Method:

Take two small bowls and add the custard powder in one bowl and cornflower in the second one. Add 2 tablespoons of milk to the bowls separately and mix them well. Set aside.
Heat the remaining milk in a deep pan and wait till the milk gets half in the proportion. 
Now,add the sugar and the cornflower mix.
Add the custard powder mix and stir constantly
Bring the mixture to a boil.The mixture will thicken gradually. 
Once the mixture gets thicken, remove from heat and allow it to cool completely.
Once cool down, fill an air tight container with the mixture, cover it with a foil and put the cap on the container.
Now, freeze the mixture for 6hours and then remove the mixture from the freezer and whisk well for 2-3 minutes. Freeze again in the same container and same process over night. Enjoy it the next day with honey and chocolate sauce.
