Orange Lassi

Ingredients: (1cup = 250ml)

2 cups - plain whole-milk yogurt
2 table spoon orange juice
4 tablespoon - sugar
1 teaspoon - ground cardamom
1/2 cup - water
1 cup - ice cubes
orange crushes - for garnishing.



Method:
Put yogurt, sugar, ice cubes,water, orange juice and ground cardamom into a blender and bled it to the highest speed for 2-3minutes to be well combined.
Divide lassi between glasses and garnish with orange crushes.
Serve at once.
