Elaichi Lassi (cardamom lassi)

Ingredients: (1cup = 250ml)


2 cups - plain whole-milk yogurt
4 tablespoon - sugar
1 teaspoon - ground cardamom
1/2 cup - water
1 cup - ice cubes
5 or 6 - Cashews and raisins for garnishing


Method:

Put yogurt, sugar, ice cubes,water and ground cardamom into a blender and bled it to the highest speed for 2-3minutes to be well combined.
Divide lassi between glasses and garnish with cashews and raisins.
Serve at once.
