EGG CHAAT

Ingredients:

2 boiled eggs
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp tomato chilli sauce
3 tsp tamarind extract
1 tbsp curry leaves(dry roasted)
2 green chilly(chopped
1 medium carrot(shredded)
1 small red onions(finely chopped)
1 tomato(finely chopped)
1/3 cup boiled potato(cubed)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp mint-chilly chutney
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp sev
1/2 tsp chaat mashala



Method:

Boil both the eggs and a small potato aand peel them off.
Cut the boiled potato into small cubes.
Cut the boiled eggs vertically into four thin slices and place them in a plate very carefully.
Lay the choped onion,boiled potatoes,tomato,chopped green chillies and carrot equally over the eggs.
In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, tomato chili sauce, tamarind extract,mint-chilli chutney,red chilli powder and salt.
Spread the chutney over the boiled egg.
Add the fresh lime juice and spread the sev over it.
Sprinkle the chaat mashala
Now, the chatpata Egg Chaat is ready to serve.
