WATERMELON SMOOTHIE


Watermelon smoothie is one of the summer cool drinks which keeps us hydrated in the scorching heat.It is not only healthy but also very tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Watermelon - 2 cups(de-seeded and cubed)
Sugar - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1 cup
Cardamom(Elaichi)-A pinch(powdered)
Ice-cubes - 8-10
Salt - A pinch




Method:

For preparing watermelon smoothie take a blender jar and put cubed watermelon, sugar,6 ice-cubes, yogurt, powdered cardamom and salt together in it.
Blend them till they make an entirely smooth juice.

The smoothie is ready. Pour it in two serving glasses and serve immediately with 2 ice cubes in each glass.
