Ingredients:
Soya chunks-2cups(small)
Diagonally Chopped Capsicum-1small size
Chopped Onion-2medium size
Slited green chillies-4/5
Red chilli powder-1pinch
Oil-2tspn
Soya sauce-2tspn
Cookme/Ching's chilli chicken mix-3tspn
Salt & sugar-as per taste.
Method:
Soak the soya chunks in adequate water for
atleast 1hour.
Now,take a bowl,mix 2tblspn of chilli chicken mix with
adequate water to make a paste & keep aside.
Now,heat oil in a frying pan & fry the chopped vegetable
(Onion,capsicum,slited green chillis) lightly.Add soya sauce
& red chilli powder & then the soya chunks in it.
Stir for a while to mix well.
Add 1cup of water & boil for 2mins.
Now,add the chilli chicken mix paste & keep stiring.Add salt
& sugar as per taste.Stir continuously till gravy thickens.
Finally,garnish with green chilli slits & serve hot.
