Mint/Pudina Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken 400 Grams.
Pudina 1 Cup.
Coriander 1/4 Cup.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
Curd 2 Tablespoons.
Onion 1 Numbers.
Green Chilies 3 Numbers.
Garlic 3cloves.
Salt To Taste.
Butter 100 Grams.
Chicken Masala 2 Teaspoons.
Red Chili powder 1 Teaspoons.
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoons(optional).
Cloves, Cardamom & Cinnamon Sticks 2 Numbers.
Olive Oil 4 Tablespoons.



Method:

Clean the chicken pieces cut into medium size (prefer Boneless).Take a Mixer Jar and put 1/2cup Pudina Leaves,3cloves of garlic,salt & 2green chillis;make a fine paste.keep it aside.
Again take rest of the Pudina leaves,Coriander Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion (cut in pieces), Green Chilies Curd and make a thick paste (Try to avoid fine paste).Take the paste into a bowl and add Salt, Red chili powder, coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder(optional), chicken masala, Cloves, Cardamom Cinnamon Sticks and mix the paste well.Put the chicken Pieces into the paste and mix it thoroughly and then take fork and poke the chicken pieces so that pudina paste can go lil inside the chicken and it will also allow chicken to cook well and then add Olive oil and then keep this for marinate inside refrigerator for nearly 1-2 hrs.Take a non-stick pan and put butter, once the butter get heated put the marinated chicken in the pan and allow it to cook for nearly 20 mins on low flame.Pour the Pudina paste.Cook for another 5 mins.Once cooked, Take the chicken into serving bowl & serve hot with roti or paratha.
