Chilli Egg




Ingredients:

Hard boiled eggs-4
Green chillis-3(chopped)
Small size Capsicum-1(chopped)
Medium size onions-4(chopped)
Cornflour-2tspn
Red chilli powder-1tspn
Mustard oil-1tblspn
Soya sauce-1 & 1/2tspn

Salt & sugar-as required 






Method:

Each egg should be cut into 4pieces.Now rub
little salt on the eggs & keep them aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan;fry the chopped onions
& capsicums.Now,add the chopped green chillis.
Add salt,sugar(if required) & red chilli powder
with the vegetables.Pour the soya sauce & saute
them for1-2mins.Add 1/2cup of water & let it boil.
Mix the cornflour & stir it constantly so that it must
not coagulate.
Now,add the eggs carefully into the gravy,let it boil
for a minute.
Switch off the gas oven & serve it hot.
