Ingredients:
Sliced bread-8/10
Bay leaf-1
Chopped Onion(optional)-1small size
Chopped green chilli-2/3
Red chilli powder-1pinch
Turmeric powder-1/2tspn
Cumin powder(optional)-1/4th tspn
Coriander powder-1/4th tspn
Mango powder-1/4th tspn
Black pepper powder-1/2tspn
Soya sauce-1/2tspn
Ground nut-10/12
Raisin-8/10
Chopped cashews-6/8
Finely chopped tomato-1small size
Chopped Bell pepper/capsicum-half
Salt & sugar-as per taste
Oil-2tspn
Garammashala powder-1/4th tspn
Method:
Cut the sliced bread roughly into small
pieces.
Now,heat oil in a frying pan & temper
it with the bayleaf.
Fry the vegetables(tomato,capsicum,onion
& green chilli)
slightly and add ground nuts,cashews &
raisins with it.Fry
them together.Add soya sauce & stir for
a while.
Now,add the bread pieces,mix tthem well
with all the
ingredients.Add turmeric powder,red chilli
powder,
cumin powder,coriander powder & mango
powder.Fold
them well.
Add salt & sugar as required.Stir for a
minute.
Finally, add the garammashala powder,switch
off the
gasoven & serve hot by sprinkling black
pepper powder
on
it.
