Ingredients:
Hard boiled eggs-4
Bayleaf-1
Cloves-2/3
Peppercorn-7/8
Coconut paste-2tspn
Grinded coconut-1tspn
Groundnut paste-1&1/2tspn
Turmeric powder-1tspn
Red chilli powder-1tspn
Chopped onion-1medium size
Onion paste-1/2tspn
Garlic paste-1/2tspn
Tomato paste-1/2tspn
Oil-2tblspn
Ghee-1tblspn
Sahi garammashla powder-1/2tspn
Salt & sugar-as per taste.
Method:
At first peel off the eggs and make small slits on them.
Now rub little salt & turmeric powder on the eggs & keep them aside for 15mins.
Now,heat oil & ghee together and fry the eggs till they become reddish.
Put the fried eggs aside.
Now,temper rest of the oil with bayleaf,grinded peppercorn & cloves.
Fry the chopped onion & add onion paste till the raw smell goes away.
Now,add coconut paste & then the ground nut paste and saute for a minute.
Add the tomato paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt & a pinch of sugar(optional).Add the eggs & fold in well with the spice mix.
Now add a cup of water and boil it for 7-8mins till the gravy thickens.
Finally,add the sahi garammashala powder & switch off the gas oven.
Now,garnish with grinded coconut.
